Before you begin.

How does the free trial work?

Every new account starts with a 14-day Professional trial, no card required: all three contractor platforms, RAVS drafting, CAPA tracking and the weekly digest. When the trial ends, choose the plan that fits to keep Arikano working for you. Your records stay yours either way. You can always read and export them.

What happens after I sign up?

You tell Arikano your trade, your states and the platforms you’re on. Arikano reviews where you stand, identifies the gaps and begins drafting your programs.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You manage your subscription from Settings > Billing. If you would like to talk a change through first, use Get help in your dashboard to reach our team.

Is there a package for small businesses?

Talk to us about Essentials. Essentials is for salons, restaurants, clinics, home-health agencies and other small businesses: the licenses, posters, training, records and written programs your business needs, without the contractor platforms. Our team sets it up with you. You can also start with a free trial and see how it works for small businesses.

Which platforms do you support?

ISNetworld, Avetta (formerly PICS/Browz) and Veriforce. Starter covers ISNetworld; Professional and Enterprise cover all three.

Who approves the documents Arikano drafts?

You do. Every program and plan Arikano drafts is saved to your document library as a draft for your review and approval.

What do AI credits pay for?

Only work you or your team start, such as chat answers, Desk jobs, and documents you ask Arikano to draft or read. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits that resets with your billing month. What Arikano does on its own (deadline and certificate watch, morning rounds, overnight work, the monthly review and, on contractor plans, nightly platform checks) is included in every plan and never uses your credits.

How often does Arikano check on my compliance?

Every day. Each morning Arikano reviews your upcoming deadlines, expirations and open corrective actions and prepares your briefing. You can ask for a platform account review at any time.

Is my ISNetworld password safe?

All portal credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We never store plaintext passwords, the encryption key is held outside the database, and Arikano uses your own authorized login only to act on your account on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Do you offer annual billing?

Plans are billed monthly. If you would like to discuss annual terms, talk to our team.

Do I need compliance experience?

No. Arikano explains every requirement in plain English and tells you exactly what needs to happen next.
