How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full Professional-tier access. No credit card required to start. At the end of your trial, choose a plan or your account reverts to limited free access.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
Is my ISNetworld password safe?
Absolutely. All credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage. We never store plaintext passwords, and our encryption keys are managed separately from the database.
What platforms do you support?
We currently support ISNetworld, Avetta (formerly PICS/Browz), and Veriforce. Additional platforms are on our roadmap.
How often are scans run?
By default, Arikano scans your accounts every night at 2am UTC. You can also trigger manual scans from the dashboard at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — contact us for annual pricing with a 15% discount. Enterprise customers also get custom terms.
