How it works
Tell Arikano what your business does and where. It proposes a plan, does the work with a receipt for each step, and brings you each document to approve.
ExampleWhat this looks like for a nail salon getting ready for a state board inspection.
Arikano looks at where you stand and proposes the work, step by step. Nothing starts until you say yes, and you can change the plan first.

Get ready for the state board inspection
Arikano does the work on its own and keeps a receipt for every step: what it read, what it found, what it drafted, and when.
Receipt · on its own
Each finished step shows the rule it answers to and the record it came from. A document is final only when you approve and sign it.

Questions
Yes. Tell Arikano what your business does, where, and how many people work there. It lists what applies to you in plain English and tells you what to do first.
It lists the licenses, permits, posters, training and records your business and state require; puts every renewal and deadline on one calendar; drafts the written programs and logs you need; and briefs you each morning on what needs you first. You approve everything it drafts.
No. Those are for contractors whose clients require them. You never need an account on one to use Arikano.
No. Arikano drafts your HIPAA policies and tracks your business associate agreements, but it is not a place for patient records. Keep patient details in your health record system. If some slip into a chat or an incident report, Arikano removes the patient details it recognises before they are saved, but it can miss some, and a photo or scanned page is stored as it arrived.
